// 01 — The problem
Sound familiar?
Spreadsheets everywhere
Data lives in Excel files, notebooks and WhatsApp groups. Nobody has the full picture and mistakes are easy to make.
No visibility on what's happening
Leaders can't see income, expenses, stock or progress without asking someone to compile a report.
Tools that don't fit
Foreign software is expensive, doesn't speak XAF or mobile money, and forces you to change how you work.
// 02 — What's included
Everything you need, built in.
User accounts & roles
Secure login with the right permissions for admins, staff and members.
Dashboards & reports
Real-time numbers, charts and exportable reports for decision makers.
Payments
Integrations with payment providers, including mobile money options.
Activity logs
Know who did what and when — essential for finance and accountability.
Works on any device
Responsive interfaces that work on phones in the field and desktops in the office.
Secure by design
Access rules, validated inputs and encrypted connections from the start.
Real-time data
Changes appear instantly for everyone, powered by modern cloud databases.
Integrations
Connect email, SMS, WhatsApp, spreadsheets or existing systems.
Training & support
We train your users and stay on hand as your needs grow.
Software shaped around how you work
Off-the-shelf software makes you adapt to it. A custom web application adapts to you. We build systems that match your real workflow, from how money is recorded to how projects are approved, and make that workflow faster, clearer and easier to audit.
Our work includes Life Baptist Finances, a finance system that tracks income, tithes, offerings and expenses for a church; CamerPay, a bill-payment platform for electricity, water, TV, internet and airtime in Cameroon; and Agricoop, a project management system for agricultural cooperatives.
What we typically build
- Finance & accounting tools for churches, associations, schools and SMEs, with XAF-native reporting.
- Management systems for projects, members, inventory, resources and staff.
- Customer portals where your clients log in to see orders, invoices, progress or documents.
- Payment platforms that collect money online and reconcile it automatically.
- Internal tools that automate repetitive admin work.
A modern, proven stack
We build with Next.js, React and TypeScript on the front end and Firebase or Node.js on the back end, deployed to global infrastructure. That means fast interfaces, real-time data and costs that scale with your usage rather than huge upfront licences.
Start small, grow safely
Most successful systems start with a focused first version that solves the biggest pain, then grow. We’ll help you decide what belongs in version one, launch it quickly, and add features as your users ask for them.

// 05 — FAQ
Web Applications: your questions.
What is a web application?
A web application is software that runs in the browser, like an online dashboard, booking system or finance tool. Unlike a website that mainly shows information, a web app lets users log in, enter data, process payments and get reports.
How much does a custom web app cost?
It depends on the number of user types, features and integrations. We scope the project with you, often starting with a smaller first version, and send a fixed quote for each phase.
Can the app accept mobile money payments?
Yes. We integrate payment providers that support mobile money and cards, so customers can pay the way they prefer.
Is my data safe?
We use secure authentication, role-based access, validated inputs, encrypted connections and reputable cloud providers with automatic backups.
Can it work on phones?
Yes. Our web apps are responsive and can be installed on a phone's home screen like an app, without going through an app store.
Can you improve an existing system?
Yes. We can audit an existing app, fix problems, add features or rebuild parts of it on a modern foundation.
