Why a church needed custom software

What we built
Life Baptist Finances tracks every source of income and every expense, then turns them into a dashboard and reports in XAF. Leaders see total income, expenses and net balance instantly, along with breakdowns by category and trends over recent months.
The activity log records every entry and edit, and access is restricted to authorised users, so the church can demonstrate exactly how its finances are handled.
