The challenge
A cooperative’s success depends on coordination: buying seeds on time, assigning members to tasks, tracking resources and reporting results to members and partners. When that information is scattered, projects slip.
The solution
Agricoop gives cooperatives and agricultural institutions one place to manage projects, members, resources and outputs. The dashboard answers the questions leaders ask every morning: how many projects are running, how many members are active, what needs attention, and what’s coming up next.
A checklist builder turns recurring work into repeatable steps, the activity log keeps everyone accountable, and reports make it easy to share progress with members and partners.
Design
We chose a deep green and cream palette with a classic serif to give the product a grounded, trustworthy character that suits the agricultural world, while keeping every number large and easy to scan.
Engineering
Built with Next.js and Firebase, Agricoop updates in real time across devices, so a member recording an output in the field is visible to the coordinator in the office immediately.
